Our Magnesium Mousse is carefully crafted to provide you with the ultimate relaxation experience.

You might not necessarily want to use it as an all over body mousse (lotion) as there may still be a slight tingly sensation even with the mousse (due to being deficient), but can instead just massage it into muscles or even use as a nice foot rub as the skin on your feet might be less sensitive but will still absorb the magnesium well. Your body will only absorb the amount of magnesium your body needs at that point, so there may be a light cast on your skin. However, will wash off easily in the bath/shower!

Distilled Water, Magnesium Chloride, Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Cocoa Butter, Steric Acid, Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Dimethyl Sulfoxide, Vitamin E, Essential Oils, Niacinamide(B3), Preservative.

💜CARE INSTRUCTIONS💜

Scoop out a dollop, gently massage that small amount of our magnesium mousse onto the desired area. Allow it to absorb and notice the soothing and calm effect. After it is applied, cup your hands about 1 inch over your nose and take long deep breaths for a full calming effect. Use it as needed for muscle relief and relaxation.
